Quick and Easy Baked Salmon Cakes

Here is another quick and easy recipe for you! I can almost guarantee you have most, if not all, of the ingredients already in your pantry! You may not have the canned salmon, but go ahead and get some next time you’re at the grocery store so you can make these. There’s nothing quite like knowing all the ingredients you put in your food are good for you. Here’s to another homemade meal! Now go eat it together as a family.

Quick and Easy Baked Salmon Cakes

  • 1 can (14-3/4 oz) salmon, drained {boneless and skin removed}
  • 1-1/2 cups soft whole wheat bread crumbs
  • 1 egg
  • 1/4 cup finely chopped celery
  • 3 Tbsp fat-free mayonnaise
  • 1 Tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 garlic clove, minced


  1. In a large bowl, combine all of the ingredients. Place 1/3 cup salmon mixture into eight muffin cups coated with cooking spray
  2. Bake at 425 degrees for 10-15 minutes, or until a thermometer reads 160 degrees
  3. Enjoy!
