Ingredients
1 cup vanilla yogurt
1 medium banana
1T agave nectar/honey
2-1/2 cups frozen fruit
Directions
Add 1/2 cup of milk or 3/4 cup orange juice into the blender with the contents of one bag and blend until smooth. Eat immediately. If it’s not sweet enough you can always add a little more agave nectar.
Smoothies are just about the most versatile thing you can make so use your imagination! and stop buying those expensive packets from the store.
Enjoy!
