This salmon is so good. It’s one of the many amazing recipes my mom and I made while she was here after I had my baby. I made it once with my mom using frozen filets, and a couple weeks later with my sister using fresh salmon from Costco and I seriously thought I was at a 5 star restaurant. It was A.mazing.
Walnut Crusted Salmon Recipe
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup panko breadcrumbs
- 1/2 cup crushed walnuts
- 1 pounds salmon fillets
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp ground pepper
- 3 Tbsp fresh lemon juice
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 425 degrees
- In a small bowl combine panko and walnuts; set aside
- Place salmon fillets in a large baking dish and sprinkle with salt and pepper and drizzle with lemon juice
- Sprinkle panko mixture on top of fillets, press to coat
- Place in oven and bake 15 minutes or until fish flakes easily with a fork
You have to make this. Even if you don’t like salmon you will love this. Ok, if you really hate salmon try it with chicken. But it’s so good!
